Day to day
What it looks like day to day.
From a post in a town group to a lead on your phone.
- Example

A post goes up in a town group, under your name. - Example

A neighbor comments asking for a quote. - Example

We take it to messages and get the details. - Example

You get the lead: who, what job, and which post.

- Built in 90 days, or month four is free. 150+ groups joined, posting live, threads entered.

MarcFounder, Home Service Marketing
Lead guarantee applies while our access to your profile stays in place and you, the owner, reply to leads within one business day.

Why we built this
Two plumbers got every call in that town. Neither was our client.
I was scrolling a Facebook group for a town I’d never been to when a woman posted a photo of water coming through her kitchen ceiling. “Burst pipe. Who can come tonight?” Within twenty minutes the same two names kept coming up. Neighbors tagging neighbors, over and over.
I ran ad accounts at an agency then, and one of our clients was a plumber in that area. He was paying us a few thousand dollars a month, and when a homeowner needed a plumber at eleven at night, his name didn’t come up once.
So I tested the group approach on one of our owners, with no new ad spend. The leads were cheaper and warmer than anything the ads had produced, and months later they were still coming. That’s when I left to build this properly.
How Talk of the Town works
We do the work. Homeowners reach out.
Groups trust neighbors, not business pages. So everything goes out under your own name, the one your town gets to know.
We map your groups
In week one we find 150+ local groups where your customers ask for help, and get you in.
We post for you, every day
Tips, offers, finished jobs and a hello from you. Written for your trade, in your voice. Nothing that reads like an ad.
We answer every comment and message
Within minutes. We get the homeowner’s details or book the job. When a neighbor asks who to call, we make sure your name is in the thread.
Leads land in your inbox or CRM
Name, number, job and the post it came from. Tracked forms and booking links on every post.

What stays yours
Your profile, your connections, your reputation. They stay with you, always.
What you get each month
A one-page report: posts, leads, and which groups they came from.
Your team
Real people work your account every day.
Not software. Marc and his team work from South Africa, Pakistan and the Philippines. That’s why every comment and message gets a reply within minutes, all day.

Chloe
Account Manager, South Africa
Your point of contact, onboarding and monthly report.

Ayesha
Community Strategist, Pakistan
Posts for you daily and answers every comment and message.

Angelica
Community Strategist, Philippines
Gets your name into every “who do you recommend?” thread.

Mika
Creative Designer, Philippines
Turns your job photos into posts people stop for.
Why Facebook groups
Your customers are in these groups every day. Your ads aren’t.
Every town has dozens of community groups where neighbors swap tips, ask for help and hire. A local pro who shows up there every week, with useful posts and real jobs, becomes the name they call.
An ad stops working the day you stop paying. A post in the groups stays up, and people remember the name.

Questions
What owners ask before they sign.
Why do posts go out under my own name?
Neighbors trust people, not logos, and many groups don’t let business pages post at all. Your name builds the reputation, and it stays yours. Posts go to local groups, not your timeline, so friends and family don’t see them. We follow every group’s rules and post things neighbors actually want: tips, local offers and real jobs from their streets.
How do you get into my account, and can I take it back?
You sign in once, on a device our team controls, during the intake call. We keep that session. Your password and two-factor code stay yours, and you can end our access any time.
Could Facebook restrict my profile?
We post at the pace of a normal resident, inside each group’s rules, with no mass messaging and no automation. If Facebook does restrict your profile, we stop posting right away and help with the appeal. You aren’t billed while it’s restricted.
What if you post something I wouldn’t say?
You approve the voice up front. Don’t like what we post under your name? We pull all of it and refund your first month.
What counts as a lead?
A homeowner who messages you, calls you or fills in a form about a job. Comments, tags, likes and follows don’t count.
Who is on the team, and what do I have to do?
Our team works from South Africa, Pakistan and the Philippines. They answer comments and messages in your voice, get the homeowner’s details and send everything to your inbox or CRM. You do one intake call at the start.
Is my area big enough, and how long until I see leads?
Check your ZIP above. We count the active groups near you before you pay anything. First conversations usually arrive inside 30 days, and volume builds from there.
Who do you take on?
Residential home service companies: plumbing, HVAC, roofing, electrical and 10 more trades, run by an owner with a personal Facebook profile in the area they serve. We turn away commercial-only work and anyone after fake reviews or spam blasts.
