- Xeriscape before-and-afters during summer watering restrictions, with photos from yards the crews had converted.
- Sprinkler blowout reminders in October, with a sign-up link for the whole street.
- Spring aeration and overseeding offers timed to soil temperature.

Leads held up through July and August for the first time, then the October blowout season pushed month eight to 18. December and January fell off with the snow, which no marketing fixes.
